Young Adult Group

The Young Adult Group (YAG) at Calvary is a group of 20 and 30 somethings who meet to hang out, gather for dinners and engage with the world around us. We have several events coming up that are both churchwide and Young Adult activities. All are welcome and we hope you will join us. For more info, contact Laura Lee or check out our Facebook page:

Upcoming dates:

-Saturday, November 14th, at 2:30pm our very own Andrew Strait will lead a tour of Arlington Cemetery which will include the Arlington House! Dinner to follow at a local restaurant. Please let us know if you plan to attend the tour and/or dinner so we can plan accordingly.

 

Saturday, November 21st: Help the Homeless Walkathon. Join us in our second year of YAG participation in the Help the Homeless Walkathon on the National Mall. If you want to participate, please email Leah at lgrundset@calvarydc.org

Sunday, November 22nd: El Salvador Trip Presentation lunch. Enjoy true Salvadoran food and crafts and hear about Calvary’s Mission trip and what we can do to help our friends in El Salvador.

Friday, December 4th: The Calvary Middles Group has invited us to join them for “The Zoo Goes to the Zoo”…It is also opening night of the Zoo Lights Exhibit- link below. Please email Susan Sevier (coordinator for the Middles) at arsace26@gmail.com if you plan to attend.
